Why do the ones who demean the pastor, not get their facts straight? The most stupid statement by so many ignorants is that Sheperds Chapel does not believe and teach the Holy Trinity. This is asked on the show often-all you need to do is listen, then maybe you will see that is a crock!
Please don't comment on things you just don't understand

I have heard Arnold Murray use the word "Trinity" on many occasions, but my connection with the Chapel goes back to when he was more true to his convictions.  Arnold Murray does not teach the historical doctrine of the Trinity, Arnold Murray teaches his own view of what the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit represent and calls that the trinity.  So, in other words, he teaches a different sort of Trinity doctrine than the one generally accepted.  The fact that he calls his teaching "the trinity"  just ends up confusing people.  So you either do not understand the historical doctrine of the Trinity, or you do not understand what Arnold Murray teaches.  In either case you are probably wrong.  I have been challenged on this point on several occasions and they always end up proving me right.

Please explain to me the doctrine of the Trinity as Arnold Murray teaches it, and I will show you how that matches up with the historical doctrine of the Trinity.  The historical doctrine of the trinity is not something that you or I or Pastor Murray get to tinker with,  it is locked in History,  if Murray decides to rewrite the doctrine of the Trinity, people are going to rightly accuse him of teaching another doctrine.

For my part, I would say that I'm not so offended that he does not follow the historical doctrine of the Trinity so much as he changed strategy in the 90's and went from denying the trinity to calling his own teaching the trinity.  I think that is disingenuous.  He did it because he was getting lots of questions about it.  But the way he dealt with it was not honest.

Sincerely,
Paul Stringini

By the way, I have listened to Pastor Murray more than you can imagine.  I listened to him for 4 hours a day for years.
